		This institute is equipped with a large lecture room, a meeting room, a small library collection. Students are provided with a study room and a computer room. Teaching assisting equipment comprises twelve PCs, two laser printers, a scanner, two overhead projectors, a fax machine, two TV sets and a VCR. The university library contains over 12,000 books in Chinese and ten times that number in English for further reference.
On-sight media practice is run in co-operation with the following media organizations: Formosa Television (FTV), China Television (CTV), Ogilvy Public Relations, Business Weekly, Common Wealth Magazine, etc.
